All iPads How do y'all annotate PDFs on iPad?

Is there a way to annotate PDFs using a stylus with palm rejection? Similar to what Samsung has with the Note 10.1? Has anyone tried the Jot Touch or Jot Pro?
 
If you mean 'software' palm rejection then apps like Notability will let you annotate with a stylus and a configurable area for palm rejection.
