How do you activate multi-task?

I like listening to the local sports show via AOL Radio app. But, I can't seem to have it stay on as I try to do something else on my iPad.

Yes, my iPad is updated to 4.2

Each application needs to be updated to use the multi-tasking API. Having 4.2 alone is not enough.

With 280,000 apps? No.

Go back to 3.2.2, jailbreak it, install backgrounder, and you can background any app, whether or not they've been updated to multitask under 4.2. 😉
