iPhone XR How do you add an additional mailbox to iOS?

Feel like such a noob to be asking this. I had it setup before the update, but I wanna combine my work outlook account with my Mac email under the iOS mail app. The function to add a mailbox appears to be have been removed. Can anyone help?
