How do you add contact info from Mail to Address Book?

I heard Mail and Address Book has good integration. I don't know if this is possible, but is there a way to add the contact info to Address Book from an email in your inbox?

Mouse over the "From: [name here] portion of the email. Click and hold on the name and a menu will appear. One of the menu items should be "Add to Address Book" or something to that effect.

Or if you mean that there's a VCF attachment, you should just be able to drag it over into the Address Book window or double click it. 🙂
