I'm trying to get to the support page on Vudu.com but it says I need to enable cookies. I currently have it blocking all third party cookies (default option in Safari) and no other website is an issue except for this particular one... Is there a way to allow cookies for certain websites without having to change it to 'allow all cookies' temporarily while I use the support site I'm trying to get to?

I had this same issue with a website for my daughter's doctor. I basically switched to the option to allow all cookies, logged in, and then as soon as I logged in I turned it back to the default option. After that the cookie was stored and it hasn't been an issue since.

For whatever reason, that was the only website I've run across that was giving me trouble.

Hmm I just did the same and it seems to be working now with the default cookie selection in the safari preferences.. hope it stays this way!

I use the "Safari Cookies" extension.

It permits you to designate which cookies are saved when you close Safari, and which are deleted.

Thus, you can let Safari accept cookies, keep the ones you want kept, and eradicate all others by quitting Safari (and then restarting).

The Safari Cookies extension will also clean out flash cookies and "database cookies" as well.
