How do you arrange finder windows to automatically "show all" instead of scrolling?

When I open my finder windows this is what I see every time by default:

How can I get it so by default, it 'shows all' so I have to side scroll or click "show all" every time I open a finder window?

Then change the finder view options in the Finder window (in the finder window menu bar). Also do this from the main Finder menu 'View' item.
