On the home page I have the apps I use the most and then on the next pages have the apps arranged by category (all photo apps together, medical apps together, etc). This works for me!

Sounds like how I do it as well on the iPhone though I do break down the categories as ones that I'm likely to access the most like the social/entertainment apps may be on the second page with games on the third as an example. This has served me so well that I'm going to apply it to the iPad once I get mine.

Doing much the same here. Still on a Apps binge here, so trying to decide how I will organize myself. The current nine screens I am using is a bit much LOL.
 
I keep my first Home page clean and simple with only the preloaded apps. I have my frequently accessed utilities on the second page, games on the third, etcetera on the fourth and the other junk I just pile up on the fifth.
