How do you backup your smartphone/tablet photos?

I have a Synology NAS that I have all my photo backups in. I also have Google+ photo auto upload from my phone.

All the pics i take go to Dropbox, OneDrive and Google+. I dont really want them going to Google+ though so i delete them there.

Auto backup at standard size on Google+ (unlimited storage), full size on Flickr (1 TB of free space), and redundant full size copy of favorite pics on One Drive.

I upload to Google+ and Dropbox too, but I keep forgetting to back up to iPhoto (literally haven't in 10 months, awful I know).

Is there an easy way to do it or automate it?

Have you tried using Automator? e.g.

A combo - I transfer stuff to my computer/Aperture, pick the best stuff/do edits, and delete the rest, then push to OneDrive. Easier to deal with that way.

Yep, also what I do. This gets the pics to Photostream as well so they display as my AppleTV screen saver.
