How do you capture screen video into file??

Anyone know how to capture a screen video into file??

If I understand you, you are wanting to record your screen in a video?

I use both ScreenFlow and Camtasia 2 to do screen recordings

Launch Quicktime Player, you can record what's on the screen from the File menu.

if you are using Lion you can just use Quicktime.

If you want to also record audio you will have to install SoundFlower, which is free.
