Does anyone know how to change the dark theme in Safari Browser ? I looked in Preferences and can’t see how to ?

How do you change the Dark theme in Safari Browser

Sites need to support it dark-mode or you can use an extension to provide a custom style (or as I do, a mix of both).

Hi Stephen I downloaded what you recommended it say press the tool bar to change silly question but how do you press the tool bar ? thanks
Step 1 - enable the extension in Safari.
Safari menu > Preferences > Extensions > make sure there is a tick next to the "Dark Mode" extension
Step 2 - use the extension
Set your preferences for how it operates by clicking the extension's toolbar button:
