Hello,

Just curious about this.
I want to use my Apple Watch for as much of the time as possible, including all night to be able to do sleep tracking.
But unfortunately the thing needs to be charged.
So I am wondering what are your charge habits in order to have the watch on your wrist for as long as possible.

Thanks.
Cheers!

Put it on the charger when you wake up in the morning. It'll be fully charged in less than an hour.

I always throw it on the charger while in the shower, top it off right before I go to sleep while in bed and top it off when I wake up.

The fast charging in the S7 and up is exactly that… it’s fast!

Me too! It charges while I drink coffee and check MacRumors and a few other sites. Then eat my cheerios and by then it's good to go until the next morning.

While in the shower and when I’m in bed reading or on my iPad before I go to sleep. It’s well enough to charge up, even my old S5 with slow charging.

Before the Ultra I topped up my S5 in the morning too, but no need any more!

I just take my watch off when going to the loo and brush my teeth in the morning and whenever I go to take shower. That keeps it going for me all day and night. Bear in mind I also workout regularly and track that as well, so a bit more daily usage than the average joe.

I have the charger at my work desk and charge for maybe an hour a day give or take.

I charge mine in the evening while I'm winding down before bedtime. It will easily last through sleep tracking and usage the entire next day, including workouts and normal daily use.

If I forget to charge it at night, I'll top it off in the morning while I drink my coffee and do a little web surfing.

charge it when you brush your teeth and shower. It should charge it enough, heck I used to do that to my series 5 and it was fine without fast charging. My ultra goes to 100% just following this method.
