How do you chooes which email iMessage uses?

So I have an apple id with yahoo, but I'm setting up a me.com account and would prefer that to be my iMessage email, how do I go about doing that? Facetime is tied to my apple ID.

Settings > Messages > Receive at > Add another e-mail
