How do you clone a drive in Windows?

Windows used to have a program called Norton Ghost which was used for drive cloning but that no longer exists. So how do Windows users clone one drive to another?

It still exists and it was never included with Windows:

I've used Acronis with success.

my friend uses this and it just works, apart from windows 10, it almost never works with 10.
It can never seem to clone a windows 10 drive properly for some reason.

last time we tried that it did not work.

not saying it never works just for us it did not.

A backup was made then a week later machine dropped and HDD damaged.
So new HDD and try reinstall the backup. On this occasion refused to work so manually put everything back.
