How do you copy an icon from an iOS app?

Trying to copy an icon out of an iOS app. I've tried to right click on the app in Finder, and looking for the "Show Package Contents" option - which multiple websites I found via a Google search say to do, but not seeing it.

I can click on regular Mac OS applications in my Applications folder, and get the "Show Package Contents" option there just fine.

Using Mountain Lion 10.8.2.

Can anybody offer any help or insight?
