How do you deauthorize a device from iCloud and Messages?

Say I gave a Mac to someone and forgot to log out of iCloud and Messages. Is there a way to remotely deauthorize that computer from all iCloud services including Messages?

Go into your Apple ID login page and see if there is a setting to forget a device.

Change your iCloud password for starters?

Nope. You simply need to change your password. It'll kick them out of all your Apple ID related services.
