I accidentally created numerous segments and wondered how do I delete these segments in the health app on the iPhone?

Thanks

Usually you swipe each segment and delete. If the segment is all created in a single date, and there is no other valuable data within, you can simply delete that date and call it a day. I am currently not aware of any other ways to delete segments in bulk.

Unfortunately I can’t delete it. No swipe options, I know I can delete the entire workout, but that’s not doable. (Ran a half marathon)

I’ve learned to lock the watch screen when running a half marathon!

But I wish Apple would allow us to delete some data.

I also tend to delete some useless data from time to time.
I think maybe your data is from a third party app or fitness tracker or sth that directly deleting it from health app is not possible. Not sure.

I used the built in workout app on the watch.

I remember I deleted it before, but not now. Strange.
