How do you disable start-up from iTunes on iMac?

Everytime I turn on iMac, iTunes tend to start up, I didn't plug anything from my iPhone or iPad. Is any of you know how to disable start-up on iTunes. Great answer would be helpful for me. Thanks.

System Preferences > Accounts >> YOUR ACCOUNT >>> Login Items

Deselect 'Open at Login' after right mousing on the app.
