How do you find BeatsX for phone calls?

Every time I use BeatsX with my iPhone to make a phone call, the other party complains that the background sounds are too loud? Is anyone else having this problem?

I don’t have them, but I’ve heard the same from pretty much every review. The consensus is that they’re really not good for calls.
