How do you get Draft/Normal/Best when printing?

I've just installed a Canon Pixma ip1800 printer and I can't for the life of me find in the "Print..." sheet which drops down where you specify whether you want to print as Draft, Normal or Best ?!
 
Surely you can't just print in Normal? Even my Windows XP computer lets me choose 😱
