How do you get Universal Clipboard to work?

I have, and iOS 10 is running on iPhone

Probably not enabled yet. That's often the case with super early developer previews such as this. Music app is even missing quite a few things as well because of the very early stage of the redesign.

It works but it's super buggy, at least on my devices it is (6S Plus and a 2015 12" MacBook)
When I copy something on my Mac and try to paste on iPhone it'll show "pasting from remote device" and take 3-5 seconds to paste text or pictures. When I select and copy something from my iPhone and try to paste it on my Mac it takes 2-3 seconds to go through
