how do you guys get your album artwork?

besides itunes.

is there any app or add-on which can do that?

right now i am just using amazon.com but its so tedious.

Mostly Google images...I spent ages on it before iTunes had the service. Luckily, a lot of what I listen to is popular enough that about a third of the albums I rip get album art from iTunes, most of which are good enough quality :)
