Try this website, enter your machine ser# and it will display the factory and date it was made.

You can look up the purchase date / or rather when the warranty expires (which will tell you the purchase date) by going to:

Just like it says in the other thread covering the same topic, I'd really like to see people post their issues next to their build date. It would be interesting if certain problems existed from certain batches or watching certain problems go away as they reach a different week or number.
