Definitely the third one, much clearer contrast between the colors of the Apples, and the background color is much more defined.

The third one. The blue doesn't work well, the second is lacking in contrast.

I think the colour balance on the third is bad though - too much yellow/green.

You need to have a more diffuse light source. Consider checking out "Light: Science and Magic" from your local library
