How Do You Make a Botoable Disc From a .iso?

How do I use disc utility to make a bootable disc?

I need to make a LiveCD. 😀

Open up Disk Utility and the iso should appear on the left. Just select it and click the burn button (upper left corner).

Okay, now I see the actual question - subject line was misleading. I was somewhat confused since the bootability is either part of the image itself or it's not (in other words, the .iso has to be an image of a bootable disk). Nothing to do with what utility you use to burn it.
