Is there a way so that whenever the dialog box opens up, it defaults to the Desktop instead?

simsaladimbamba Guest Nov 28, 2010 22,670 31 located Jan 31, 2011 #2 What browser and Mac OS X version do you use? I use Safari 5 and it remembers my last chosen location. And if you want to get to the Desktop fast (in Finder or Open/Save dialogs) you can also press CMD+SHIFT+D.
