How do you mostly use your M1 MacBook?

I’m just curious, being as I’m new to owning a laptop.

I’d also be interested to know what you do with your laptop?

On a desk! or any stable platform.

On my lap or where ever I happen to be at the time--MBA. I have a MM for strictly desk work.

If you're new to having a laptop I suspect that you will use it on your lap a lot due to the novelty of being able to.

I've had laptops only for decades and its probably 50/50 now.

I use my laptops (M1 Air replaced 2014 13" MBP) for everything so design work, watching videos, listening to music, that kind of thing.

As my M1 Mac is a Mini, I use it on the desk 😎

How about docked on a desk? I use my MBA on a desk (or table) under battery about as often as I use it docked with an external monitor.

If it were docked, I would presume it would be on a desk of some sort.
