How do you organize your contact list?

i personally have first/last name for everyone, except for mom, dad, home.. but i like the look of just 1 name instead.

however, i have multiple mike's, amanda's, etc.. not sure how to differentiate them

Mike (banker)
etc

Same as the OP. First name and last name except for my parents and grand parents. Looks clean and professional. Sometimes I have to really think about certain contacts though if its someone I rarely talk too lol.

Living in Asia, I still don't get all this first name and last name stuff, so I just key in the names as I am reading them and rely on search to locate them as desired.
