How do you “Pause” AdBlock on mobile safari…?

On some websites they make you pause the adblocker to view the site. On desktop browsers you can just click the adblock icon to do this. How do you do it on iOS? Or iPad OS?

To the left of the address bar, tap the "aA" button, then "Turn off Content Blockers"

You can also whitelist sites but I find that is glitchy and sometimes does not work
