Are there any extensions, command lines, settings, etc., to prevent the Safari bookmark toolbar from auto-hiding?

Also, while I'm here, is there a "re-open last closed tab" keyboard command? I hate it when I accidentally close a tab. Chrome has a command+shift+T shortcut to re-open the last closed tab, but Safari doesn't. Thanks for any help.

In safari, go to view and check always show bookmarks bar.
You can do the same for tabs and status bar!

Install Glims for Safari and it has an option for reopening the last closed tab (CMD+Z). I use the command all the time.
