How do you preview music in Finder?

I recently changed .mp3s to open with quicktime in finder and now I cannot preview any of my songs in finder, even after reverting the mp3 extension back to iTunes. Please help!

So you mean Quick Look or previewing an MP3 file via column view doesn't play a sound?

Do the MP3s open in iTunes or QT Player?

What OS do you have?
10.4.1-11 or 10.5.1-7?

You should be able to press space bar for Quicklook for any quicktime file or mp3. At least, it works everytime I have done it.

Just press the Space Bar on an MP3 File and it should begin playing in Preview
