Connect your iPhone. Open iPhoto. It should show up in the sidebar. Click it, and at the bottom right of the window there are options to import the photos. Once that is done, you will be asked whether or not to delete the images from the iPhone.
or if you had a working bluetooth on the iphone, you can transfer to your laptop, or maybe even share with a friend.
Oh blah blah...next thing you know you'll mention the lack of MMS.
OP, if you have windows, a window will pop up and show "iPhone", if not, open up my computer and you'll see iPhone.
Mac, I don't know, Cause I don't use my iPhone on my Mac
yah, some of us take few things for granted or have better standards you know. like being able to copy and paste on a "smart phone", a fully functional bluetooth, voice dialing, mp3 ring tones etc. oh and of course the MMS.
I just email photos to myself, then save them from my email.
A bit old post, but here goes my two cents
Using OS X?
Just Use Image Capture to grab pictures from any device
