iPad How do you....(Seeking Advice)

Hello all! I just got a new iPad 2. I want to give my son the iPad one, but I want to get all my apps off and give him a clean iPad to put his stuff on.

What are some suggestions to do this the most efficient way possible?

reset the device settings to factory settings

Connect it to itunes got to the main iPad menu and choose restore. This will clear it out and make it ready for him to sync with his account/content.

To remove all settings and information from your device, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

restore with Itune and make sure you start as new device NOT from back up.
