Hold CMD Option R during boot up. Delete the drive then reinstall OSX.

Once you restore it back to factory settings, it would be a good idea to do a Time Machine backup. That way, if you have problems later on, you can use Time Machine to restore to a certain day and time, instead of installing the OS again.
