I need to sync my Moto G with iPhoto and iTunes. I tried using SyncMate but sadly I wasn't able to get it to work correctly. Plus, SyncMate would just used my internal storage and not my Micro SD card.

Then for pictures I use Dropbox. It works cross platform on iPhones, iPads, iMacs, Macbooks and PC, and all Android phones.......

For music I use Google Play music - OK if you have less than 20K songs and like the Google music player (both of which apply to me). I just installed the uploader on the same machine as my iTunes library was on and it uploads all your iTunes music to the cloud (matching where possible), and keeps it in sync with new music that you purchase. You can then sync whatever music you want locally to your phone (including storing on SD card).

For photos I use a combination of OneDrive, Lightroom and Revel - OneDrive auto-uploads all photos I take and I then import them into Lightroom and export back out to Revel for sharing and viewing on all my other devices
