How do you sync music from iTunes to iPhone?

When I connect it via USB, I don't see the sync button.

There used to be option where if I click on the music section I could click on the list of playlists I wanted to sync and then if I clicked on sync, it would sync.

But it doesn't seem to be there anymore?

This could be a serious bug, as I never see such happen on my computer.

Make sure you're on the phone's summary page, which you can get to via the phone icon next to the dropdown menu.

Clicking on just the phone's name will just show you what's already synced to it.

That phone icon is greyed out and cannot be clicked on.

Try rebooting the iPhone, and if it's still greyed out, reboot the computer. That SHOULD work if there isn't something else going on.
