I am using the latebook pro and when i bootcamp and use vista, I like clicking by tapping so I dont make that sound.

I have looked through the options on the control panel and I can't find a way to turn on the tap clicking.

Does anyone know where the options is or a drive to d/l online.

Open the Boot Camp icon in your system tray (bottom right) and make your adjustments in the trackpad tab.

I don't think tap clicking is supported by Vista, and Apple hasn't supplied the appropriate trackpad drivers to support that feature in Windows.

I can not understand - some users have this option in Bootcamp and others - are not present???
At me in options bootcamp 2.1 only tabs:System loading, brightness, keyboard, The infra-red panel and power supplies.

Who has trackpad settings in Bootcamp explain how to get it. MBP133

I don't know if only applies to the latest Macbooks but I have the new Macbook Air late 2008 and I have the tap click option in Vista under bootcamp preferences. Tap to click, Tap drag and drag lock all work perfectly.

Ok we need to find out what is going on here. I use bootcamp everyday and the lack of tap clicking has always bothered me. There is absolutely no option in bootcamp preferences for me either. What gives?

Has anyone figured out how to get tap-to-click?

My 2.16GHz MBP does not have this option. Everything else in Bootcamp works great.
