How do you "turn off" Sbs Settings?

I'm trying out NCsettings to see if it is less of a drain on my battery than Sbs settings. I don't want to run both programs at once, but for the life of me, I can't find the settings to disable Sbs settings. I don't want to have to uninstall it. Am I missing something?
