How do you turn on "Lights Out Management" for ARD

Hi,

I just got ARD - it's great..

I was wondering how to turn on the "LOM" feature...

I can shut the computer down, but can't turn it back on..

I'm using ARD 3.3 on the computer I am trying to turn on...
