How do you unlock the Sprint or Verizon iPhone 4S for use on AT&T and/or T-Mobile?

Sprint doesn't allow you to use their phone over US-GSM carriers like TMob, AT&T, ST, it will only be unlocked for International GSM carriers.

this is incorrect info - 4s is an international phone with both CDMA and GSM chips but with internal restrictions built into the network and phone to prevent switching even if the phone is unlocked.

Yes, the Verizon version can be unlocked to be used in the US. Costly, but can be done. http://atfdl.com/store/.
