How do you upload a song to YouTube?

Anyone know how to do this? Seems a bit difficult to do! I'm just simply looking to upload the song and its cover...

Thanks, but have you noticed a lot of those links are for Windows computers?

Let's face it, it's not an easy thing to do with a Mac...
