You can use a mobile VPN on your phone to unblock these apps but since you only intend to use it at school I would suggest that you get a free one. Im sharing a list of Free vpns check them out. Hope this helps..

Wait - this is your PHONE? Use the phones cellular connection. That better not be blocked. How does your college have ANY say-so on what your phone can and cannot connect to? Get off their wifi and use your cell connection.

Blocking twitter? Ridiculous. Like that 140 character stream is SO strenuous to that schools bandwidth.
