Have you tried the Forum Spy? It automatically lists the latest posts without you having to refresh.

You can also "tune" it, to only reflect Forums that are of interest to you. 😎

I never knew doing something like this was possible... It's so much better!!!!

On another note, I wish we had a notification system something like facebook that just showed a little popup when someone quoted or replied to you.
