How do you view threads sorted by comment rating?

When I click on the blog (sidebar) articles, the comments are ranked by rating. How do you do that with the "regular" threads? Sorry, I can't figure it out. I clicked on "display modes" but the options seem to focus on threaded vs. flat. 😕 Is the only way to click on the article heading, so it opens on its own page separate from the forums but with the comments below it?
