Has anyone in the Apple Upgrade Program received their phone yet who has to return the old phone? I have a 7 plus and was wondering how it works. I ordered the x online and I should have it soon. Do they send you a box for the old one? Paperwork? Anything? How do they get the old phone back? And how long do I have after I get the x do I send it back.
