Resolved How does iOS 5 effect the on going suite with samsung

With many of the new features found in iOS 5 having already been found in other smartphone OSs for some time. How can apple sue samsung and they pretty much do the same thing to several other companies.

With great ease. Other companies are welcome to sue Apple if they feel their patents have been violated. Remember, just because Apple is suing Samsung does not mean they will win.
