So today I went to the verizon store looking for a gold 5S, and they told me about 2 week wait time.

Told them I'll think about it. Well I thought about it, and Im willing to do it.

Now a few questions are.....

1. Do I have to pay them upfront to preorder? The 200 bucks on contract?

2. Is my contract refreshed the day I preorder?

3. Since Im on a dummy phone right now, when I preorder will I be upgraded to the data plan on the spot, or once i receieve the phone?

4/ What if I find what I want in another store.... How can I cancel? And is there a fee for it?

You pay any fees upfront before you receive the phone. Your contract is refreshed when your phone is activated. You will be upgraded to a data plan when you get your phone. You can cancel with no fees if they don't ship. There is a $30 restocking fee if you cancel after it ships.
