How does reminder widget work?

    How does reminder widget work? I have turned on but the section doesn't show at all. What gives? I can't imagine how it would even work, I have like 10 lists. Do I get to pick which list?

    Only reminders due today will display in the widget.

    Only certain iOS apps on the current day. Right. Launcher has been taken down.
