Forgive me if this is easily found elsewhere. I don't have an iPhone 4S, so I'm talking about dictation in particular on the iPad

I was just wondering, assuming that it does, how does Apple/Siri get feedback on whether it is accurate?

Also, why is it not able to show text until after you stop -- would that take too much processing power?
 
Siri Dictation doesn't really learn, it uses Wi-Fi to send your "recording" of your speech to Apple's servers, then send text back to your device (which is pretty cool). :D
