I have an AW8 and looking at the historical data, I’m not convinced the sleep data is accurate. Frequently logs I sleep longer than I actually do.
When does sleep start and stop logging? I have sleep mode enabled at 10pm and get the notification at 9.30 to begin wind down. Often I don’t actually get in bed until 10.15 or start reading at 9.30 but don’t fall asleep later.
I get up to use the bathroom 1-2x night and I turn off sleep mode briefly to check notifications (bad habit but need to to check up on family abroad)
Do you have to activate when you’re sleeping or when you wake up? Or senses from sensors and if so what?
