I agree the site looks a little simplistic but I have used them a few of times and so has a friend and you get the key immediately and I then DL the software direct from MS (not from them although they do provide a link) so it's not like they are giving you some sort of cracked copy or OEM version of Windows
It seems perfectly legitimate and I have had no comebacks from MS on registration.
With another's friend we had a problem with installation (not their fault) and they sent us another key for a higher version of windows without any quibbling
I even purchased one key that I did not need and used it months later with no issues and swapped it on to another PC after that
